wrangler >=4.129.1 changed what `bundle size reporter` does. The bundle size reporter now compares the uncompressed bundle size against the 64 MiB limit for its color-coded warnings, instead of gzip size against 3 MiB. Silent: code written for older versions still runs, without an error.

Source

The bundle size reporter now compares the uncompressed bundle size against this 64 MiB limit for its color-coded warnings, instead of comparing gzip size against the old 3 MiB compressed limit.
